I think you can do the Deimoses and Sanfords sprites from 5.5 and 6.5 . Madness Project Nexus (1 and 2) sprites would be awesome. You also could add more zombie sprites, scrapface and scientists. Custom sprites would be cool too. I think the Relegard guy did a good list of sprites that you can make. Also, good luck!

I think you can make enemies from the 1.5 part of MP: N (Riot agents, patients and etc)
Ideas: MERC faction (and if you can, N51 also), Dedmos (from CHASE.fla to POWERLESS.fla), and backgrounds from Madness Combat episodes.
